The character above, created by Jack Kirby, is called Space Guardian. It's a design I've always liked, though it is a bit vanilla by Kirby standards.
Perhaps due to the color scheme, I've always associated that drawing with this one dubbed Enchantra (mabye). Together they've got some juice!
Rip Off
I really dig the colors. They also remind me a little of the Black Ramses one you posted earlier. The muted tones work well off the expectations behind the typical intense colors of old 64-color comics.
