Space Giants!

These two covers, published several months apart really are similar in layout design. And both have stammering dialogue! A giant Cat-Man in space, who could possibly not want to read that story?

    You know...
That was published in 1961. The timing is right, and I'm guessing maybe Grass Green wanted to read that. He was involved with Charlton fandom, so was likely to have seen it.
I wonder if it helped to inspire Xal-Kor, The Human Cat and his adventures?

    1. Xal-Kor is a wild concept. I think it was perhaps inspired by an old Black Magic Simon and Kirby story that had cat people in it though, or at least that's my impression.
